Terms of Use and Sale

Welcome to Renton. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Shute Hannah E, the operator of renton-us.com, and apply to all visits and purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your use of the Site or completion of an order constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

2. About Us

Renton is the trading name of Shute Hannah E, an individual seller located at PO Box 704, Arivaca, AZ 85601, United States. We sell men's clothing online through this Site. You can reach us at info@renton-us.com or the contact form, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time (MT)).

3. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; at checkout you choose Economy Shipping (USD 11.94, 7–14 business days, free on orders of USD 99 or more) or Fast Shipping (USD 25.99, 7–12 business days). Every order includes tracking. If we cannot ship within the promised time we notify you before that date with a revised date and the right to cancel for a full refund; if the delay exceeds 30 days or is indefinite, the order is cancelled and refunded unless you expressly agree to wait. Full details, including our fulfillment locations and how import duties are handled, are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not accept it. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve; if we do, any payment is refunded in full within 7 business days. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to PO Box 704, Arivaca, AZ 85601, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

6. How You Pay

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as renton-us.com. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to info@renton-us.com and we will look into it right away.

7. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

8. Acceptable Use and Reviews

Use the Site lawfully and in good faith: no fraudulent or unauthorized orders, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping, no abuse of discounts. Reviews on our product pages come from customers who bought the product; we take reasonable steps to verify them and never commission fake reviews. Content you submit must be truthful and yours; you allow us to publish it and we may remove anything inappropriate.

9. Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renton and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection statutes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Warranty

We provide the limited warranty set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other express warranties, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others that vary by state. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties while a written warranty is in effect.

11. Our Content

The Site and everything on it, including the Renton name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to info@renton-us.com.

12. Product Information

Descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in color or finish can result from photography, lighting and display settings. Renton sells generic, unbranded products; references to third-party brands, if any, describe compatibility and imply no endorsement. Listing an item does not guarantee stock. Where an item sells out after you order, you may wait, choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

13. Disputes

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq. where it applies. Please contact us first at info@renton-us.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.

15. Other Terms

These Terms can change; check the date at the bottom of this page, and remember that each order is governed by the Terms published when it was placed. Should a court hold any clause invalid, the other clauses remain binding. Not enforcing a right today does not mean we give it up. Together with our Return and Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies, these Terms are the complete agreement between us, replacing any earlier terms. Rights under these Terms are personal to you and not transferable; we may transfer ours if the business is sold.
